Taking care of your Bottom!

I usually discuss this anyway with anyone I enjoy otk or paddling with, however I thought to post here just so the information is out there. This is a great synopsis of aftercare for Spankos.

The only thing I would add to this:  Take time between harsh spankings (bruised bottom) to allow yourself to heal.  Explore another form of play, softer or rhythmic spanking, flogging or something! If you continue to traumatize the area over and over, you can get "leather bottom" and that's not a good thing.  It's unattractive to the top, for one thing, and it's less fun for you, as you won't enjoy your spankings nearly as much with a pad of calloused skin protecting your tush.  You can enjoy paddling forever if you take care of yourself.
